Thank you for trying FRA_combo.

This system is a combination of FavRenAdd.kmm, Reload_IE_Fav.kmm, and FavAltDir.kmm macros. This provides tools for the user to Rename an IE Favorite when saving, to select a folder within Favorites in which to save that favorite, and to create a new folder within Favorites and select it as the save folder.

There is also a tool allow the user to specify an alternate directory as Favorites. The following menu selections are added to the Favorites Menu.

Rename-Add
Reload
Alternate Directory

IMPORTANT! Because they create the same menu items as FavRenAdd.kmm, Reload_IE_Fav.kmm, and FavAltDir.kmm, you cannot use those macros with FRA_combo. You must remove or make inactive FavRenAdd.kmm, Reload_IE_Fav.kmm, and FavAltDir.kmm.

The plugin "utils.dll" by Mark307 is included. Help for that plugin is found in UTILS_9.txt in the kplugins folder.

After saving a new favorite with Rename-Add, you can make it visible in the menu by selecting Reload.

Checks are built into this system to handle cases where the user has made use of the IE Favorites Options to select a folder for new items or to select a folder as the menu folder.

If the new items folder option is selected, the a folder of the same name must exist at the alternate directory location. If not, the target of the save does not exist and no save will occur.

This message will display once at the first use of FRA_combo. To see it again, look for an item in the Help menu.
